2. Data we collect

• Account details: name, phone, email, password (stored securely on our servers).
• Business / shipping address and order details.
• Optional profile fields (extra phone, payout / wallet info for resellers).
• Photos or videos you save or upload when using media features in the app.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service (session tokens over HTTPS).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs in the mobile app for ads personalization.

3. How we use data

• Create and manage your account (shop, reseller, supplier, showroom, ops desk).
• Process orders, delivery, and related support.
• Wallet / payout and business operations where you use those features.
• Secure the platform and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Sharing

We may share name, phone, and address with delivery / courier partners solely to fulfill orders. Hosting providers process data on our behalf. We do not share data for selling or advertising.

5. Security

Data in transit is protected with HTTPS. Access to admin tools is restricted.

6. Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data. See: Delete account instructions.

7. Children

The service is intended for adults / business users (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do.
